MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

Protocol for Maintenance Requests

Dear Resident(s),

In an ongoing effort to ensure your maintenance needs are timely addressed, Swami International requests that you promptly inform us of the need for any maintenance. We offer two methods in which you may submit a maintenance request for both urgent and non-urgent issues

Method 1: By Telephone
You may contact our dedicated maintenance customer service department by calling (877) 242-8970 to speak with a representative. The maintenance customer service department is open 24/7 for your convenience. Remember to ask for the ticket number before disconnecting with the representative.

Method 2: In Person
You may hand deliver your maintenance request at our office Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (the office is closed for lunch from 12:30 pm -1:30 pm). We are located at 2030 W. Rosecrans Ave., Gardena, CA 90249. Remember to ask for the ticket number before leaving the office. 

If there is a life-threatening emergency, please be sure to dial 9-1-1 immediately. 
We are always available to discuss any maintenance concerns, further requests and other matters related to your tenancy. Please have your ticket number ready so we may better assist you and call us at (310) 769-6669 press 0.
