Swami International was established in 1978. The founder envisioned a company with hands on management style- a property management company that would be directly involved with all aspects of providing a comfortable, affordable living environment for our residents.
Making this vision a reality has been a continuous process. Swami International uses a combination of in-house personnel and outside vendors to maintain and/or rehab units. As growth permitted, we purchased our current headquarters building at 2016-2030 Rosecrans Avenue in Gardena, California. This gave us the opportunity to stock our own warehouse with commonly used supplies and materials. Economies of scale have now made it practical to directly import our own inventory from China and India.
This simple goal is one that we continue to strive for with each passing day. SWAMI International uses a trusted combination of both third party vendors and our own passionate, in-house staff to maintain all units and to keep our tenants happy. Not only do we have our own maintenance crew to take care of any and all issues that may arise, but we also partner with ACE Hardware to get exactly what we need to make the home of your dreams a dream come true.
